Toolkit in Action

This page houses IDER Toolkit-related documents contributed by local health departments who have adapted the toolkit to their needs. It is designed to provide local health departments with additional plan materials that may be useful and examples of how other health departments have made the IDER Toolkit work for them. Has your health department adapted a component of the IDER Toolkit? If so, we’d love to hear from you; please contact us.

The following health departments implemented the IDER Toolkit and shared components of their IDER plans with us:

Southern Nevada Health District

The Southern Nevada Health District was selected by the National Association of County and City Health Officials to field test and evaluate the IDER Toolkit. As part of this process, the Southern Nevada Health District produced an evaluation report outlining the toolkit’s strengths, recommendations for improvement, and necessary adaptations for use in their jurisdiction, which the SF Bay Area APC used to enhance the IDER Toolkit. View project management tips from the Southern Nevada Health District to help your health department successfully adapt the IDER Toolkit.
